If the payment of your subscription month is not successful, you can pay the balance in one of these ways:
1. MyVirginActive app, following this procedure:
- Update the app to the latest version available on the Store.
- Click on Profile.
- Click on My facility.
- Click on Suspended payments.
- Click on Pay online.
- Complete the payment.
2. Digital payment from e-commerce, following this procedure:
- Click on the link https://shop.virginactive.it/account/login
- Enter your MyVirginActive app login credentials.
- Click on Login.
- Click on Pay.
- Complete the payment.
3. Payment at the reception of any Virgin Active italian Club.
