1. If you pay by credit card or prepaid card, you can enter your details on the MyVirginActive app, following this simple procedure (check that your App is updated to the latest version available in your mobile phone store):
- Click on PROFILE home section
- Click on MY FACILITY
- Click on PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Click on ADD PAYMENT METHOD
- Click in the sky blue button RETURN TO SITE to finalise the transaction.
2. If you pay by bank transfer, go to your Club's Reception to provide all the necessary information and data.
