If the payment for your membership fee was unsuccessful, you can settle the balance using one of the following methods:
1.Through the Virgin Active Italia App:

Update the app to the latest version available on the Store.

Upon login, an informational message will appear:

By clicking on "Make the payment", you will be redirected to the Virgin Active website to settle the outstanding balance.

If you don't see the message correctly, it will remain available in the app's message section (bell icon, top right of the Home Page). The notification includes the link to proceed with the payment on the Virgin Active Italia website.
Please note: Until the outstanding payment is settled, you will not be able to access the Virgin Active app features.
2. Through digital payment via e-commerce, following this procedure:
Click on this link to access the payment portal.
Enter your Virgin Active Italia App login credentials.
Click on "Login."
Click on "Pay."
Complete the payment.
3. Bank transfer payment to:
Virgin Active Italia S.P.A.
IBAN: IT20A0200805364000030021122
Reason: Enter your "person ID."
4. Payment at the reception desk at any Virgin Active Italia Club.
