- Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Virgin Active Italia app from your device’s store.*
- Click on “Reset your password” and enter the email address provided during registration.
Please note that setting up a new password is necessary to activate your account on the new app.
- Once you’ve entered your email, you will receive an email containing a security code. This code must be entered on the password reset page to complete the process. If you don’t receive the email with the reset code, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
- Enter and confirm your new password in the next step.
Your password must meet the following requirements:
- 8 characters
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character (choose from ~!@#$%^*:>,.?)
That’s it! You can now log in to the Virgin Active Italia app using your email (or Member ID) and your new password.
