Your subscription has started, but for various reasons you have decided to stop attending the Club earlier than the initial duration you had planned. We will be sorry not to have you among our customers anymore, but we understand your decision.

To this end, in the case of an “Open 12” subscription (or other subscriptions with a minimum annual duration, provided it is not longer) and at least 6 months have passed since the start date of your first subscription (or since the renewal date of the previous one), we give you the possibility to terminate the subscription before its natural expiry and without any reason; you can exercise this option by paying a single amount equal to 50% of the remaining monthly payments of your subscription. Please contact the Reception of your Club no later than the 15th day of the month in which you intend to terminate the subscription (otherwise, your withdrawal will take effect at the end of the following month).

Note: any suspension periods and/or free/promotion periods that you may have enjoyed are not to be counted in the duration of the Subscription and in the calculation of the amount to be paid in case of withdrawal.
