How can I send and reserve a Guest Pass?

You can gift a day pass to your guest easily through our MyVirginActive app*.

Follow these steps:

  1. From your homepage, go to your Profile section > select Teammates > click on Invite your friend pass, or select it directly from the Home section of your app.
  2. Check the validity date of the pass.
  3. Share the pass with your guest via the main communication channels.
  4. Your guest will receive a personalised message to download the MyVirginActive app from the app store (iOS or Android).

Once your guest receives your invitation :

  1. Your guest must click on the link within the message.
  2. Will be directed to the MyVirginActive download page within their app store (iOS or Android).
  3. After downloading MyVirginActive, the guest will need to create a new account with a valid email and access the Homepage.
  4. Once logged in, the guest will be able to view the invitation message, view the pass, and book classes from the schedule.

*If included in your membership. For subscriptions starting from 01/08/2024, the service is included in Open 12 and Open 24 formulas. Guest passes cannot be accumulated, and if the guest receives more than one invitation from different members, they can only use one entry per month.
