The current policy, shared across all countries, allows access to an international club for up to a maximum of 90 days of attendance, even if non-consecutive, within the calendar year for OPEN 24 and OPEN 12 plans. For OPEN FLEXI plans, access is allowed for up to a maximum of 30 days of attendance, even if non-consecutive, within the calendar year.

After 90 days, in order to continue attending the Club abroad, you will have to take out a local subscription, keeping your Italian one active as well, or possibly purchase day passes.

To use the Multiclub service abroad, you will have to make a request through your club's staff or by e-mail to the Customer Service Italy team, at servizioclienti@virginactive.it, at least 2/3 working days in advance of the date on which you want to train in the foreign club, specifying the correct dates of access (in order not to incur the deduction of unfulfilled admissions) in your request and the name of the foreign club in which you want to access.
