Yes, you can buy an entrance package to access and train in our Virgin Active Clubs!
The Carnet entitles you to the number of admissions selected at the time of purchase (e.g. 10/15/20) with no day or time constraints, at the Club selected at the time of registration ("Home Club") and the other Virgin Active Clubs depending on the service level chosen.
When purchasing the Carnet, you must choose one of the following service levels: Life Province, Life Metro, Premium, Premium Plus and Collection, which will allow you to enjoy the Virgin Active experience by taking advantage of the services included depending on the level you choose.
The price of the Carnet may vary depending on the Service Levels and Club types: for more information, you can go directly to the reception of our Clubs or consult our e-commerce site.
The Carnet is valid for 30 days from the date of activation of the Carnet, within which time all selected entries must be made. After the expiry of the Duration Period, the Carnet shall be deemed to have expired and any unused entries may no longer be enjoyed.
You can check the validity of your Carnet and the number of remaining entries via the MyVirginActive app or by contacting your Home Club directly.
The Carnet - or the individual entries of the Carnet itself - are strictly personal and may neither be suspended nor transferred to third parties, either free of charge or against payment, or converted into cash or refunded.
The Carnet also entitles you to Virgin Active digital workouts in live streaming and on-demand via dedicated digital platforms and includes workouts with our live trainers, Workouts of the Day and the possibility to book and enjoy one-to-one training sessions with your Personal Trainer or Gym Trainer.
In order to be able to train in our clubs, it is obligatory to submit a medical certificate confirming your fitness for recreational-motor activity on your first visit.
