Virgin Active Italia only accepts the following sports medical certificates issued in Italy*:

• COMPETITIVE CERTIFICATE
• NON-COMPETITIVE CERTIFICATE
• RECREATIONAL PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES CERTIFICATE

Medical certificates for sport activities are issued by:

• your general medical practitioner and/or, for minors, by your freely chosen paediatrician.
• by doctors specialising in sports medicine, such as the doctors of the Italian Medical Sports Federation of the Italian National Olympic Committee.

All sports medical certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.

*Each country has different rules regarding medical certificates for sporting activity, which is why only certificates issued in Italy in accordance with current regulations are accepted.
