It is only possible to cancel in advance (i.e. before the expiry date of the subscription), in the event of proven 'unforeseeable impossibility', by complying with the reasons stipulated in the general terms and conditions of the contract signed and submitting the necessary documentation, by the end of the month in which you wish to cancel the subscription.
The reasons stipulated in the contract are*:
- health problems by presenting a medical certificate stating that it is impossible to use any of the services offered by the Club for an indefinite period; change of residence (if different from that communicated during registration) to a city or province where there is no Virgin Active, duly documented.
- transfer of employment for an indefinite period, by presenting a company letter on headed paper stating where and for how long you will be transferred, to a city or province where there is no Virgin Active.
- unemployment, if the employment was for an indefinite period, by presenting unemployment benefits and a letter of dismissal.
You can submit the required documentation directly to your club Reception desk or send it by e-mail.
* Your Home Club reserves the right to assess the suitability of the documentation provided, and reserves the right to request the delivery of any further specific documentation.
