You may cancel your subscription by giving notice no later than the 15th of the month in which it expires.

Notice of cancellation can be given:

• by signing the appropriate cancellation form available at the Reception desk, a copy of which will be issued to you;
• by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to your club's address; the date of the postmark will be taken as proof.
• by sending a PEC to the e-mail address servizioclientivai@pcert.postecert.it
