All Virgin Active subscriptions provide for contractual suspension for:
- a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 consecutive months for annual subscriptions.
- 1 month for 3-months subscriptions.
The reasons stipulated in the general terms and conditions of your contract are: health reasons or work reasons, duly documented.

You can also suspend your subscription, without any documentation, by paying a small fee.
